Basic Party Benefits

All parties include these basic benefits:

• Use of a private decorated party room for 1½ hours
• Two museum hosts to facilitate the party
• A birthday T-shirt for the birthday child
• A gift bag containing favors for each child party guest
• A ride on the train or carousel for each guest during the party
• Host-led themed games and activities in the party room
• Pizza, juice, ice cream, and cupcakes (or cake) for the child and adult guests
• General Museum admission for the birthday child, 9 child party guests, and 10 accompanying adults for the party day

Basic Party: $275

Themed Party: $350

All basic party benefits plus:

• Use of a private decorated party room for a total of 2 hours
• One ride on both the train and carousel
• Themed gift bags

Fairy Tale Party

• Princess- or knight-themed decorations and paper goods
• Fairy tale-themed games

“All Aboard!” Train Party

• Train-themed decorations and paper goods
• Train-themed games
• A conductor’s hat and bandana for each child guest

“A Birthday in Bear Country” Party

• Berenstain Bears-themed decorations and paper goods
• Berenstain Bears-themed games
• A craft for each child guest created at the beginning of the party
• A 20-minute experience in the Berenstain Bears exhibit (other museum guests may be in the exhibit at the same time)
• For an additional $70 fee, you may enjoy exclusive use of the Berenstain Bears exhibit, as well as 30 minutes of exclusive use of one other museum exhibit

Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden® Party:$425

All basic party benefits plus:

• Use of a private decorated party room for a total of 2 hours
• One ride on both the train and carousel
• Butterfly-themed decorations and paper goods
• A 20-minute experience in the Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden for up to 20 party guests (other museum guests may be in the garden at the same time)
• For an additional $70 fee, you may enjoy exclusive use of the butterfly garden, including a butterfly release, as well as 30 minutes of exclusive use of one other museum exhibit

Party Package Add-ons

• Additional guests may be added for $15 per child and $10 per adult
• Exclusive use of exhibitsis available only before the museum opens to the public or after the museum closes to the public. These options are available only with parties that are scheduled accordingly. You may add 30 minutes of exclusive use of one museum exhibit for an additional fee of $70. Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden is not available for exclusive use unless the Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden Party is selected.

General Information

All parties include general museum admission for the birthday child, 9 child party guests, and 10 accompanying adults for the entire day of the birthday party.

Birthday parties may be scheduled to begin between the hours of:
Monday through Friday, 4 to 6 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Birthday party reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance but must be made at least 3 weeks in advance of the day of the party.

All parties require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid within one week of bookings, with the balance payable the day of the party.
